Job summary

Radds Capital in Mumbai is seeking a result-oriented mutual funds distributor/advisor with 2+ years in MF distribution or BFSI. You will manage and expand relationships with retail and HNI investors, convert leads into investment opportunities, and support onboarding, KYC, and documentation.

You should have strong product knowledge of equity and hybrid funds, SIP strategies, and goal-based advisory, plus excellent communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Female professional with 2+ yrs experience in MF distribution/advisory/BFSI.
• AMFI/NISM V-A certification or willing to certify within 30 days.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with retail & HNI investors
• Convert leads into actionable investment opportunities
• Drive monthly SIP & lump-sum investment targets
• Conduct portfolio reviews & recommend suitable products
• Maintain CRM/MIS daily updates on client interactions
• Upsell & cross-sell Financial Products (Health & Life Insurance, Equity Broking)
• Ensure smooth onboarding, KYC, documentation & transaction support
• Coordinate with AMCs & internal teams for service delivery
• Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI/AMFI processes
