Key Responsibilities
1. Account Ownership & Relationship Management
- Manage and grow key accounts across fleet operators, mobility platforms, logistics providers, and corporate fleet customers.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, operations leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related queries, issues, and escalations.
2. Revenue Growth & Retention
- Lead renewals, upselling, and account expansion across the full product portfolio (including ADAS, DMS, cabin cameras, platforms, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the Sales team to convert them.
- Drive customer engagement through value-driven conversations that increase long-term retention and account stickiness.
3. Client Onboarding & Adoption
- Ensure seamless deployment, onboarding, and operational usage of solutions across client fleets.
- Monitor device performance, usage patterns, and driver behavior metrics to strengthen adoption.
- Provide on-ground support to operations teams, drivers, and OEM partners when required.
4. Business Insights & Reporting
- Deliver periodic business reviews, performance insights, risk assessments, and ROI presentations.
- Maintain detailed account plans, forecasts, and documentation.
- Share data-backed recommendations to help clients enhance fleet productivity and operational efficiency.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to address client needs.
- Communicate customer insights, product gaps, and enhancement requests to internal teams to support continuous improvement.
6. Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay informed about telematics, fleet management, mobility, and compliance trends.
- Develop strong expertise in the full product suite to guide clients effectively and confidently.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Account roles.
- Experience in telematics, mobility, logistics, SaaS, IoT, or fleet-tech preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-value or large enterprise accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with data-driven discussions, insights presentation, and ROI-based reporting.
- Ability to work effectively with on-ground operational teams, including drivers and OEM partners.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
