Hexaware Technologies in Coimbatore invites candidates for a Kannada voice process Customer Support role. This position is suitable for freshers or those with experience in outbound or inbound calls who communicate clearly in English and Kannada.

Designation: Executive & Senior Executive. Interview venue is on-site at Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore. Immediate joiners are preferable, with five-day work weeks and rotating offs.

Work Location: Coimbatore
Qualification: Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered)
Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresher or Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication.
• Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
• Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
• Only Immediate joiners.
• Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
• Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
• Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy.
