Job Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Network L3 SME
• Location: Airoli - Mumbai
• At least 8-10 years of hands‑on experience in Design, Implement, Maintain & Support Enterprise Grade Hybrid MPLS Network with over 5K locations PAN India and International sites
• Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert with hands‑on experience
• Must have analytical, problem‑solving, implementation and troubleshooting skill over Routing, Switching. SDWAN (Versa, SilverPeak), Hybrid Cloud & Wireless services
• Configuration and Installation of various network devices e.g. Routers/Switches/WLC Controllers & AP
• Hands‑on experience configuring and troubleshooting QOS/Policy Based Routing/EEM Scripting/VRRP/Failover mechanism over WAN, routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF etc.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and troubleshooting Versa and SilverPeak SDWAN
• Hands‑on experience managing and administrating Cisco ISE platform
• Perform Network Configuration Audit and execute change management as per Change Management process
• Work for permanent resolution of repeated issues
• Prepare root‑cause analysis for major/repeat/escalated incidents
• Monitor network resources utilization and capacity management
• Participation in audit compliance/inventory reconciliation/daily reports/database/diagram timely updation
• Good knowledge of working tools such as Wireshark, Ethereal, etc.
• Good team management and leadership skills
• Lead team from front and own escalations assigned to L3 SME desk and drive to resolution
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of customers and co‑workers
• Flexibility to adapt and handle fast changing requirements and environment
• Work in 24x7 environment and support/execute major incident/changes during off‑shift hours
• Role: Network L3
• Skills required: Routing, Switching, Nexus, WLC (Arista), SDWAN (Versa, SilverPeak), ISE, Network audit and compliance
• Hardware skill: ASR, NX7K/9K, Cisco/HP/Juniper Routers, Versa, SilverPeak
• Certifications: CCNP must / CCIE desirable
• Band: GROUP B3, 8-10 years
