Qualifications

• 1–2 years editing for social media, agency, or brand content.
• Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut Pro.
• Hands-on experience with at least 1 AI video tool (Runway, Descript, etc.).
• Hook and retention thinking; ability to make content stop scrolls.

Responsibilities

• Edit reels, shorts, and social ads across multiple client industries.
• Build text animations, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
• Use AI tools to generate B-roll, fills, and stylised sequences.
• Repurpose long form content into platform-native cuts with strong hooks.
• Produce variations for A/B testing.
• Manage your pipeline on Zoho Projects.

Role Summary

We're hiring a Junior Video Editor to own the daily reels and shorts pipeline across multiple clients. You'll cut social content, build motion graphics, and learn to integrate AI video tools into a real production workflow, not as experiments, but as shipped work.

What You'll Do

Edit reels, shorts, and social ads across multiple client industries

Build text animations, transitions, and basic motion graphics

Use AI tools to generate B-roll, fills, and stylised sequences

Repurpose long form content into platform native cuts with strong hooks

Produce variations for A/B testing

Manage your pipeline on Zoho Projects

Must Have

1 to 2 years editing for social media, agency, or brand content

Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut Pro

Hands-on experience with at least 1 AI video tool (Runway, Sora, Veo, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, Descript, OpusClip, etc.)

Hook and retention thinking. You know what makes someone stop scrolling

Shooting basics (DSLR/mirrorless)
