Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking a Junior UX Designer to support the design and development of intuitive digital experiences. You will work with senior designers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs and contribute to wireframes, usability tests, and design quality improvements.

This role emphasizes learning UX principles, collaborating across teams, maintaining design system components, and staying updated with current UX/UI trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user research methods.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist in user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mock-ups under the guidance of senior designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into user-centric designs.
• Conduct basic usability evaluations and analyze user feedback.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining design system components and UI documentation.
• Support in preparing presentation materials for design reviews and client demos.
• Stay updated with current UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
