Leap Education is hiring an Education Coach to guide students through their international education journeys. You will understand student aspirations, offer personalised counselling, and recommend suitable pathways.

Responsibilities include online counselling, course and university selection, application support, and visa guidance to ensure smooth transitions for diverse learners.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in education, psychology, or related field.
• Experience or training in student counselling is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct online telephonic and virtual counselling sessions with students aiming to study abroad.
• Guide students on selecting courses and programs based on profile and interests.
• Assist with researching universities and programs and document recommendations.
• Support students through the application process and ensure accuracy of submissions.
• Provide guidance on visa documentation and application procedures.

As an Education Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their international educational journey. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding students academic aspirations, providing personalised counselling to them and recommending suitable educational pathways.

The charter for this role will include:

• Conduct online telephonic and virtual counselling sessions with students interested in studying abroad, assessing their academic background, interests, and career goals.
• Guide students on selecting appropriate courses based on their profile, academic achievements, and interests.
• Assist students in researching and selecting suitable universities/colleges and programs that align with their academic and personal interests.
• Provide personalised guidance and support to students throughout the application process, including preparing and filing applications accurately and efficiently.
• Offer comprehensive assistance and advice on the visa process, guiding students through the required documentation and application procedures.

Ideal Persona would:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with students' needs and aspirations and build rapport effectively

Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Weekoff: 6 days of working, Sunday fixed off
