Job summary

Doka India seeks a Civil Engineer to provide AutoCAD drawings using Doka Formwork systems during proposals and to finalize working drawings for live construction sites. You will prepare specs and calculations for static quotes and material lists for Sales and Operations, ensuring safe and efficient designs.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree, 3–4 years formwork experience, knowledge of Doka systems, and excellent English with strong communication. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of formwork experience with international formwork systems.
• Knowledge of Doka Formwork Systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Revit & Inventor is advantageous.
• Excellent proficiency in English and strong written & verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide AutoCAD drawings using Doka Formwork systems during the proposal stage and finalize working drawings for job sites.
• Prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries.
• Provide material lists for quotations to Sales and Operations for shipments to sites.
• Ensure drawings indicate proper use of Doka forming equipment and represent safe, economical designs.
• Analyze and design/price calculations as required.
• Visit jobsites and customers as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Description

• You will provide AutoCAD drawings using the Doka Formwork systems during the proposal stage and finalize working drawings to be used for actual job sites relating to construction projects across the export market of Doka.
• You will prepare specifications and calculations for static quotes and deliveries
• You will provide material lists for quotations to Sales and Operations Department for shipments to the site.
• You will ensure that the drawings indicate the proper use of Doka forming equipment and that the drawings represent safe, economical, and efficient designs.
• You will analyze and design / price calculations as required.
• You will be visiting the jobsites and customers whenever required.
• Any other official duties as may be assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

Skills and Experiences

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent education.
• Minimum 3-4years of formwork experience with international formwork systems
• Knowledge in Doka Formwork Systems will be an advantage
• Outstanding skills inAutoCAD 2D, skills in AutoCAD 3D, Revit & Inventorare an advantage.
• Outstanding skills in Microsoft Office
• Well-developed analytical skills and technical proficiency.
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills with concise and clarity to multiple stakeholders e.g. clients
