Job summary

AVP Solutions is seeking an early-career engineer to support surveys, site records and supervised commissioning across AVP projects. You will work closely with experienced project and installation leads to ensure project information is accurate and site teams have what they need to proceed.

Learn on live projects with a clear standard, developing your skills in CCTV, access control, networking, Wi‑Fi and ELV systems through structured site work on Delhi NCR sites.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience; ITI, diploma or relevant degree in a technical discipline.
• Organised, observant and comfortable working on client sites across Delhi NCR.
• Interested in learning CCTV, access control, networking, Wi-Fi and ELV systems through structured site work.

Responsibilities

• Assist site surveys, as-built drawings, BOQ quantity checks and project trackers.
• Maintain accurate device, cable, test and photo records for each assigned site.
• Support assigned helpers under a lead and escalate blockers promptly.
• Learn commissioning tasks and AVP delivery standards under direct supervision.
