Job summary

Quixta is seeking a Junior Next.js Developer to join our frontend team in Bengaluru. You will build UI components and pages in Next.js and React, working under a Senior Developer to ship features for the web app.

You'll translate design into responsive interfaces, integrate APIs, and participate in code reviews, standups and sprint planning. This is a dedicated frontend role with remote options.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with React or Next.js (internships count).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar styling approach.
• Understanding of APIs and Git.
• Good communication and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Experience with AI development tools like Claude and Cursor.

Location: Bangalore / Remote | Type: Full-time | Team: Next.js / Frontend

About the role

You'll join our frontend team and build features in Next.js under the guidance of a Senior Next.js Developer.

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience with React or Next.js (internships and strong personal projects count).
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Strong experience with Tailwind CSS or similar styling approaches.
• Understanding of APIs and Git.
• Clear communication and willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Experience working with AI tools for development such as Claude and Cursor

Note: This is a dedicated frontend role. Backend knowledge isn't required, but you should be comfortable talking with backend teammates about what you need.
