GMR Airports Infrastructure in Hyderabad is seeking a CA Inter or CA with at least 1 year of experience to handle corporate tax compliance, including TDS, advance tax, and income tax returns.

You will assist the DT Head in monitoring tax compliances and notices, review assessment replies, and prepare appeal papers for corporate matters, while providing direct taxation guidance and staying updated on tax rulings and legislation.

Formación

• Knowledge of TDS payments, advance tax, and corporate income tax compliance.
• Ability to review and respond to tax reassessments and notices.
• Experience with preparation of appeal papers and submissions.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for monitoring monthly TDS payments, advance tax, review of TDS returns and Income Tax returns for corporate sector.
• Assisting the DT Head in monitoring tax compliances and notices.
• Monitoring and assisting group teams in TDS compliances.
• Review of assessment replies related to corporate sector.
• Preparation of appeal papers and submissions for appellate authorities related to corporate sector.
• Review taxation publications, decisions and rulings, new legislation and assess implications on corporate sector.
• Providing advice on direct taxation matters to corporate sector.

Role & responsibilities

• Accountable for various compliances such as monitoring TDS monthly payments, advance tax, review of TDS returns, review of Income Tax returns, Review of SFT returns etc. related to corporate sector.
• Assisting the DT Head in monitoring the tax compliances and notices.
• Monitoring and assisting group teams and business teams in TDS compliances
• Review of assessment replies related to corporate sector
• Preparation of appeal papers, written submissions and arguments to be filed before the appellate authorities related to corporate sector.
• Review taxation publications, decisions & rulings, new and proposed legislation and tax reform measures and assesses application and implications on the corporate sector.
• Providing advise on direct taxation matter to corporate sector.

Governance

• Assisting the DT Head in:
• Ensuring all direct compliances on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual basis are on-time and without any delay for corporate sector
• Adhering to processes, SLAs and RASCI.
• Timely escalations
• Assisting DT COE Head in preparing MISs

B.Com + CA Inter or CA with minimum 1 yr of experience
