Required Skills:

Strong experience in Core Java/J2EE, Data Structures/Algorithms, Design Patterns, Java Frameworks, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Microservices, Collections, Concurrency.
Basic knowledge of Kafka, understanding of Docker.
Team player with a good attitude to learn, share feedback, and accept feedback.
Experience with MySQL / Dropwizard, JUnit for writing unit tests.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum processes.
Ability to collaborate within a team, participate in peer code reviews, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Troubleshooting skills, analyzing code and data, identifying system issues, and assisting with resolution.
Knowledge of functional areas and understanding the impact of code changes on related application areas.
Leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and project management experience.
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices, full SDLC understanding, coding standards, and code reviews.
Strong technical design and development skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility to switch across multiple teams, products, and applications and perform effectively.
Experience translating requirements into technical design specifications and executing development projects from conception to delivery.
