Job summary

Studio Śra in Pune is seeking a hands-on interior designer early in their career to join our design team on live projects from concept to completion.

You will participate in space planning, construction drawings, 3D modelling, material sourcing, moodboard assembly, and vendor coordination, gaining exposure to every project stage.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate
• Degree or diploma in interior design, interior architecture, or architecture
• 6 months to 1 year of experience, including internships
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiarity with Enscape and the Adobe suite
• A real eye for proportion, material, and detail
• Organised, communicative, and genuinely curious about how things get built

The role

This is a hands‑on role for someone early in their career who wants to learn properly. You’ll work alongside the design team across live projects rather than on isolated tasks, and you’ll see how a project moves from concept to completion.
