Job summary

NPR Design in Mumbai is seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer who can design engaging visuals, edit videos, and harness AI tools to bring ideas to life.

You will craft social media creatives, reels, and marketing materials, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate briefs into effective, on-brand visuals. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editors is required.

Qualifications

• Deliver work on time and incorporate feedback accurately.

Must-Have Skills

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or Higgsfield.
• A good understanding of typography, colour, composition, and layout.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Good to Have

• Basic motion graphics and After Effects skills.
• Previous internship or agency experience.
