The Role

You\'ll be responsible for crafting captivating designs that seamlessly integrate across digital and print platforms—ensuring our brand presence is bold, compelling, and consistent

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging and high-impact visuals, layouts, and creative assets for social media, websites, landing pages, emailers, branding collaterals, and marketing campaigns.
Use advanced design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) to create innovative and on-brand designs.
Stay updated on industry trends to keep the brand\'s creative outlook fresh and ahead of the curve.

2. Brand Harmony

Maintain consistency in brand representation across all touchpoints, both digital and print.
Develop and implement design guidelines, templates, and brand standards to ensure visual integrity.
Contribute to refining and evolving the brand\'s design language over time.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations) to translate business needs into powerful design outcomes.
Present design concepts with clarity and confidence, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Act as a design champion, raising the creative benchmark in every project.

Who We\'re Looking For

Graduate/Postgraduate in Design, preferably from NIFT (or similar top design institute).
2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment or consumer-facing brand.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design.
Mastery of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma is a plus).
Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and brand alignment.
Strong communication, time management, and collaborative skills.
