Job summary

Cloutgency in Chennai, India seeks a curious and ambitious graphic designer with 0–1 year of experience to learn fast while delivering high-impact visuals for ads, social content and web assets.

You'll work hands-on with senior designers, receive direct mentorship, and grow through a fast-paced, collaborative team that values quality and timely delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience in graphic design; freshers welcome.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva a must; Figma is a plus.

• Eager to learn, take feedback fast, and grow under guidance.
• Comfortable juggling tasks across teams in a fast-paced setup.

Responsibilities

• Design ad creatives and marketing collateral for social and digital campaigns.
• Create website-optimized assets (banners, sliders, product visuals) to spec.
• Work closely with design leads, strategists, and content teams to execute briefs.
• Keep work on-brand and on-time, even when priorities shift.
• Stay curious - pick up new tools, trends, and formats as the work demands.
