Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants seeks a Game Designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to create game concepts, features, mechanics, UI/UX mockups and thorough documentation for production-ready plans. You will analyze data and player feedback to improve engagement, retention and monetization, and collaborate on ideas, playtesting and balancing across projects in a fast-paced team.

A strong understanding of systems design and balancing, plus familiarity with Unity Engine, are required to
