Job summary

A leading research firm in Mumbai is seeking a Junior HR Executive to manage HR operations and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a relevant bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills. This role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a contractual position for 6 months, offering an excellent opportunity to develop in HR.

Qualifications

  • Smart Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in HR.

Requirements

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with HR software and talent management systems.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
