Job summary

Hindalco Industries in Gujarat is seeking a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering holder with 2+ years of relevant experience for on-site maintenance and overhauling of boilers, turbines, pumps, and auxiliary equipment.

The candidate will independently manage maintenance, overhauling activities, and troubleshoot equipment issues, with emphasis on high-pressure boilers and turbines in a heavy industry setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Local Gujarat candidate preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• High pressure Boiler 150 TPH CFBC and Turbine 60 MW maintenance and overhauling.
• Boiler Pressure part replacement, Economiser, superheater, safety valves maintenance.
• Coal feeder overhauling.
• High pressure valve overhauling (class 2500).
• PA/SA/ID fan PM and overhauling.
• Vertical pump maintenance and overhauling.
• Horizontal pumps maintenance and overhauling.
• Alignment of TG and Pumps.
• Boiler feed pump overhauling (Sulzer).
• Turbine high pressure valve overhauling (AOP, GOP, LOP, CEP, QCNRV, etc).
• Cooling tower gearbox and fan blade replacement.
• Day-to-day PM of Boiler and Turbine with auxiliary equipment.
• Candidate should be capable of independently handling maintenance, overhauling activities, and troubleshooting related equipment issues.
