Job summary

Flender is seeking a production-minded operator to set up and run machine environments including drilling, cutting, turning and grinding. You will organize tools and equipment, lay out work, and monitor stock while ensuring compliance with engineering specs and quality standards.

You may perform basic CNC/SPS programming as needed and will cooperate with maintenance technicians or external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates a specified machine environment (Drilling, Cutting, Turning, Grinding machines).
• Organizes and uses machine related tools, and equipment relevant in production.
• Plans and lays out work, prepares components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processes the components or semi-products/products according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
• May perform basic machine-related CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
• Performs basic or specifically defined maintenance operations.
• Cooperates with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
