Junior Compliance Analyst – Full-time, India

Ciklum is looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to join our team full‑time in India. Ciklum is a custom product engineering company that supports multinational organizations and scaling startups, leveraging a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners.

About the role

As a Junior Compliance Analyst, you will be part of a cross‑functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on global product engineering and digital services projects across healthcare, fintech, travel, sportswear, entertainment, and security domains, delivering high‑impact solutions to Fortune 500 and fast‑growing businesses.

Responsibilities

• Perform background checks of candidates and third parties.
• Coordinate with Background Verification providers to initiate and follow up on required external checks, review BGV reports, and resolve discrepancies while aligning decisions with the Head of Risk & Compliance and stakeholders when needed.
• Manage payment workflows to BGV vendors including requests, documentation, invoicing, and payments according to internal procedures.
• Support compliance activities and initiatives, including preparation of presentations, materials, and reports.
