Job summary

ofi is seeking a Junior Compliance Analyst to support the global ethics and compliance programme across the Middle East, Europe, UK and APAC, helping ensure our business grows responsibly and in line with applicable laws, internal policies and ofi’s values. This role provides practical compliance support across core programme areas and works with regional and country teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
  • 3–7 years’ experience in compliance, legal or risk.
  • Knowledge of ethics and compliance frameworks incl. anti‑bribery, sanctions, data privacy and whistleblowing.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of Ethics & Compliance Programme across the Middle East, Europe, UK and APAC.
  • Monitor training completion, compliance controls, KPIs, incidents and remediation actions.
  • Assist with compliance reviews, internal investigations, third‑party due diligence and policy implementation.
  • Support trading and derivatives compliance requirements, including local Dubai, European, UK and Singapore regulatory expectations where applicable.
  • Provide practical compliance support to business stakeholders and escalated opportunities for continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain accurate records, dashboards and reports for regional and global compliance leadership.

Overview of the position

We are looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to support the delivery of our global ethics and compliance programme across the Middle East, Europe, UK and APAC, helping ensure our business grows responsibly and in line with applicable laws, internal policies and ofi’s values. This role will provide practical compliance support across core programme areas, including ethics and compliance training, monitoring and assurance, third‑party due diligence, sanctions, conflicts of interest, whistleblowing processes, data privacy, anti‑bribery and corruption, and trading compliance. You will work closely with regional and country teams, supporting implementation of global standards and helping identify, elevate and remediate compliance risks.

Key responsibilities
  • Support delivery of ofi’s Ethics & Compliance Programme across the Middle East, Europe, UK and APAC.
  • Monitor training completion, compliance controls, KPIs, incidents and remediation actions.
  • Assist with compliance reviews, internal investigations, third‑party due diligence and policy implementation.
  • Support trading and derivatives compliance requirements, including local Dubai, European, UK and Singapore regulatory expectations where applicable.
  • Provide practical compliance support to business stakeholders and escalated opportunities for continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain accurate records, dashboards and reports for regional and global compliance leadership.
Experience and Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years’ experience with at least three years’ experience in compliance, legal or risk, ideally within a multinational company, financial institution, commodities business or professional services firm.
  • Good understanding of ethics and compliance frameworks, including anti‑bribery and corruption, anti‑fraud, sanctions, third‑party due diligence, conflicts of interest, data privacy and whistleblowing.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and confidence working with data, documents and controls evidence.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to manage priorities and work with stakeholders across countries and time zones.
  • Experience in a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of Asia, European, UK and Singapore regulatory environments and commodity or financial markets.
  • Exposure to futures, options, OTC products or derivatives trading compliance.
  • Comfort using compliance systems, case management tools, screening platforms or reporting dashboards.
