The Junior Associate Software Engineer supports the design, development, and troubleshooting of solutions, models, and simulations using various software tools based on client or project requirements.

Design and Development

• Create and develop models using tools such as CAD and CAE in line with project plans and customer requirements.
• Test prototypes and design outputs while validating boundary conditions including impact and stress analysis.
• Integrate software components to build fully functional systems and assess operational feasibility.
• Develop prototypes based on engineering drawings and prepared CAD models.
• Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
• Run simulations in virtual environments to deliver optimized solutions.
• Keep software tools updated with the latest features to ensure cost efficiency.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements to applications and solutions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and industry guidelines while modeling solutions.

Customer Support and Issue Resolution

• Resolve defects or issues raised by clients or integration teams.
• Create verification plans and quality assurance procedures for delivered solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems while maintaining performance and efficiency.
• Deploy programs and review user feedback to ensure proper resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Work according to project plans and established industry standards.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for clients as required.
• Maintain documentation and records of design changes and recommendations.
• Track project activities through timesheets.
• Provide written knowledge transfer and maintain the project history.
