About the Position

We are seeking to hire one Junior Associate to join our Non-Litigation Advisory team in New Delhi.

This is a full-time, responsibility-intensive role involving direct client interaction, legal strategy formulation, drafting, and structured matter management. The Associate will handle matters from issue identification to resolution under the guidance of senior lawyers, while also supervising and mentoring legal interns.

Role Overview

The Junior Associate will be expected to:

• Independently manage assigned matters
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand factual and legal dimensions
• Analyse issues and determine applicable legal provisions
• Formulate strategic approaches in consultation with senior lawyers
• Draft notices, complaints, representations, agreements, responses, and advisory documents
