About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supreme Court Practice: Assist in preparing, filing, and managing matters before the Supreme Court of India and other judicial forums across Delhi.
• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on complex legal questions, case laws, statutory provisions, and regulatory frameworks.
• Drafting Pleadings: Draft Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), writ petitions, counter-affidavits, applications, legal notices, and case briefs.
• Court Appearances & Strategy: Attend court hearings, assist senior counsel in court proceedings, and contribute to strategy sessions for diverse litigation matters.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

• Must be a law graduate registered with the Bar Council.
• Demonstrated passion for litigation and court practice.
