Job summary

BTVK Advisory, a Baker Tilly member firm, seeks an Audit/Assurance professional to join its Jaipur team. The role involves performing audit or review procedures on client financial statements and addressing technical issues with appropriate solutions.

The incumbent will support Seniors and Managers across engagements, while delivering timely client responses and contributing to continuous process improvements, in a collaborative firm environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Management or equivalent required.
• 65% or above in the previous two years; no backlogs.
• Demonstrate professionalism and poise in demeanour, attitude, communication, behaviour, and interaction with others.
• Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently. Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development.
• Ability to structure and prioritize assigned tasks, provide accurate estimation of time & effort, and clearly communicate status of tasks to stakeholders.
• Ability to take direction, and exercise sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Ability to work overtime, as needed.
