Job summary

Adel Landmark is seeking a Civil CAD Drafter to prepare and revise civil drawings using AutoCAD and to ensure accuracy with architectural and engineering specifications. You will read plans, sections, and elevations and coordinate with engineers and managers to finalize drawings.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship, strong 2D AutoCAD skills, and good attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role in India.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship is required.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural drawings and related documents.
• Good coordination and attention to detail in drawing development and revisions.
• Familiarity with MS Office adds value.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare civil engineering drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts using AutoCAD.
• Develop drawings as per architectural designs, engineering specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare and revise construction drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Read and interpret architectural plans, structural drawings, and technical documents.
• Ensure accuracy, proper dimensions, annotations, and drawing standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for drawing clarifications and modifications.
• Maintain and organize drawing files, revisions, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and other project-related technical drawings.
• Ensure drawings are completed within project timelines and comply with applicable standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Draftsmanship, or a relevant field.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting) is mandatory.
• Understanding of civil engineering drawings, dimensions, plans, sections, and elevations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction terminology and basic civil engineering principles.
