Kroll Agency and Trustee Services is seeking a Junior Analyst to support audit confirmations and loan servicing operations in Bangalore. The role involves back-office tasks, ensuring accurate audit responses, and assisting day-to-day syndicated loan processing.

Training will be provided and collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential for timely delivery. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of operations experience; knowledge of loan servicing is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Monitor audit inbox; acknowledge and respond to queries from clients/auditors.
• Review and prepare audit confirmations with accurate loan data.
• Track open audit requests and ensure closure within SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and approvals.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails per compliance requirements.
• Maintain zero tolerance for errors; focus on risk and controls.
• Manage onboarding and refresher volumes while meeting SLAs and regulatory timelines.
• Support syndicated loan lifecycle activities, including drawdowns, rollovers, and rate fixing.
• Prepare and process payments in Loan IQ.
• Monitor information undertakings and covenants; track overdue information.
• Provide updates to management and ensure tasks meet TAT and quality standards.
• Maintain data and documentation per guidelines; collaborate to resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits and loan servicing per internal policies; handle ad-hoc requests.

Role Purpose

We are hiring a Junior Analyst to support Audit Confirmations and Loan Servicing operations within the team. The role involves executing critical back-office activities, ensuring accurate audit responses, and supporting day-to-day syndicated loan processing.

The candidate will be trained in relevant processes and will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery

Responsibilities:

Audit Confirmations

• Monitor the Audit inbox and ensure timely acknowledgement and response to client/auditor queries
• Review, validate, and prepare audit confirmation responses with accurate loan and financial data
• Track outstanding audit requests and ensure closure within defined timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and approvals prior to submission
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trail in line with compliance requirements
• Maintain zero tolerance for errors, with a strong focus on risk, controls, and regulatory adherence.
• Efficiently manage daily onboarding and refresher volumes while meeting SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory timelines.

Loan Servicing Support

• Support syndicated loan lifecycle activities, including: Loan drawdowns , Rollovers , Rate fixing
• Prepare and process payment instructions in Loan IQ
• Monitor and follow up on information undertakings and financial covenants
• Track overdue financial information and provide timely updates to management
• Ensure completion of all activities within defined TAT and quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and data management as per process guidelines
• Collaborate across teams to understand data flows and resolve discrepancies
• Support audit and loan servicing activities in adherence to internal policies and procedures
• Manage ad-hoc requests and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, loans knowledge is added advantage
