Junior AI Engineer (Fresher / Internship / Entry-Level)

The Opportunity

This 60 day internship-to-conversion program is designed to identify and develop early career AI engineers. Candidates who demonstrate strong technical ability and align with the team culture may transition into a full-time Junior AI Engineer role.

The position is suited for fresh engineers interested in artificial intelligence and real-world AI product development. You will work closely with experienced engineers who will mentor you while you learn and contribute to AI based software systems.

Role Overview

• Join a fast adapting AI engineering team building practical AI driven products and solutions.
• Work alongside senior engineers who provide guidance and mentorship during the early stage of your career.
• Contribute to development involving LLMs, agents, RAG vector systems, and related AI technologies.
• Gain exposure to tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Code, and modern vector databases.
• Experiment, learn rapidly, and contribute to AI software development projects.

What You'll Do

• Learn and apply AI and machine learning concepts under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Work with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.
• Assist with data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing activities.
• Run experiments with prebuilt models and record results.
• Explore and implement LangChain and LangGraph for LLM based workflows.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Work with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Support the development and testing of AI agents.
• Experiment with LLM APIs and prompt engineering techniques.
• Use AI assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
• Write small scripts and utility code to support AI workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and share insights with the team.

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic proficiency in Python programming.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, LLMs, and generative AI technologies.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment.

Technical Exposure

• Understanding of Python fundamentals including data structures, functions, and OOP concepts.
• Basic knowledge of AI and ML concepts such as supervised learning and neural networks.
• Exposure to LLM APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Gemini.
• Awareness of LangChain or LangGraph frameworks.
• Understanding of RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.
• Familiarity with AI agent workflows and AI assisted coding tools.

Nice to Have

• Hands on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Previous internship or project work involving AI, ML, or LLM applications.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience experimenting with AI agents or RAG based systems.
