Job summary

STCO is seeking a Junior Accountant in Jaipur to support day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting entries, GST compliance, and financial record maintenance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Immediate joiners are preferred for a quick onboarding.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com preferred; minimum 1 year accounting experience mandatory.
• Hands-on with GST, TDS and general accounting principles.
• Proficient in Tally and MS Excel; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP systems.
• Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, and ledgers.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS entries, and statutory compliance.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Assist senior accounts team in monthly closing activities.
• Coordinate internally for invoice verification and approvals.
