Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Accountant to support daily order processing, invoicing, and billing operations in Bengaluru. The role focuses on AR and billing accuracy, leveraging NetSuite and Salesforce to manage orders and invoices efficiently.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Revenue, and Collections, ensuring compliant, timely transactions and contributing to ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Billing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and billing platforms like Ariba, Coupa, Taulia.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Process daily Sales Orders in NetSuite based on Salesforce opportunities with high accuracy.
• Enter and validate customer, pricing, contractual, tax, and billing details in NetSuite.
• Create, review, and send customer invoices promptly.
• Upload invoices and documentation to customer portals as required.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Revenue, and Collections to resolve billing issues.
• Respond to and resolve billing queries from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Develop understanding of different billing models and invoicing processes.
• Support month-end and quarter-end billing activities for timely reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Jr. accountant to support dailyorder processing, invoicing, and billing operations. The ideal candidate should have strongknowledge of billing processes, excellent accuracy, and hands-on experience working withERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce.

The Order-to-Cash (O2C) team enables Saviynt's revenue lifecycle by managing theoperational processes that connect customer contracts, order management, billing,collections, and revenue reporting. The team is focused on delivering accurate and timelyfinancial transactions, maintaining compliance and internal controls, supporting customersatisfaction, and building scalable processes that support the company's continued growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Process daily Sales Orders in NetSuite based on closed opportunities inSalesforce with a high degree of accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all customer, pricing, contractual, tax, and billing details arecorrectly entered and validated in NetSuite before order processing.
• Create, review, and send customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Upload invoices and supporting documentation to various customerportals as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Revenue, andCollections to resolve billing-related issues and discrepancies.
• Respond to and resolve customer and internal stakeholder queries relatedto billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and order processing.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internalcontrols and company policies.
• Develop a strong understanding of different billing models, commercialterms, and invoicing processes.
• Support month-end and quarter-end billing activities to ensure timely andaccurate financial reporting.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement andoperational efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Billing
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and customerbilling/payment platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, or Taulia.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, anddata analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to workcross-functionally across Finance, Sales, Operations, and customer-facingteams.
