Responsabilités

• Handling daily bookkeeping and accounting operations as per Australian Accounting Standards (AASB).
• Preparing and maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records.
• Managing Bank Reconciliations and ensuring accurate records of cash flow.
• Recording journal entries for purchases, sales, expenses, depreciation, and GST adjustments.
• Preparing and assisting in BAS lodgment and GST Reconciliation.
• Supporting in Payroll Processing, including Superannuation and PAYG withholding compliance.
• Assisting in the preparation of Financial Reports and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Communicating with clients and internal teams to gather necessary financial information.
• Using accounting software like Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Australia for daily transactions and reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with ATO regulations.
• Supporting audit processes and responding to auditor requests
