Skb Accounting in Jaipur is seeking a Junior Accountant to maintain client books, including bank and credit card entries, reconciliations, and accounts receivable/payable. QuickBooks is the primary software, with exposure to Xero, Sage, Yardi, Appfolio and Buildium.

Freshers are welcome; 0–2 years experience; night shift 4:00 pm to 1:00 am; office-based only. Candidates should possess B.Com, M.Com, CA dropouts or MBA Finance, with strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Dropouts, MBA Finance as eligibility criteria.
• Freshers welcome; 0–2 years experience; QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Night shift experience or willingness to work night shift.

Responsabilités

• Maintain client books of accounts including bank and CC entries and reconciliations.
• Handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable entries.
• Prepare financial statements and reports as part of daily tasks.

Job description

Position/ Role: Junior Accountant

Location: Jaipur - ONLY WORK FROM OFFICE IN NIGHT SHIFT

Experience: 0-2 Year (Freshers may also apply) (Quick Books experience is preferred)

Salary: CTC 2.88 LPA

Shift: 4:00 pm IST to 1:00 am IST (Night Shift)

Interface/ Software Used: Mainly QuickBooks. Other software used are Xero, Sage, Yardi, Appfolio, Buildium, etc. We also train individuals to get familiar with the required software.

Eligibility Criteria: B.Com, M.Com, CA Dropouts, MBA Finance

Roles & Responsibilities :

Required Junior Accountants for maintaining books of accounts for US Clients. Candidatewill mainly be responsible for.
Maintaining Client books of Account including Bank/CC entries and Reconciliations.

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Entries.

Knowledge in MS office Tools especially in excel .

Preparing financial statements and reporting are a large part of the junior accountants day-to-day work .
