At Kensium, our product suite – including Kensium POS, Kensium WMS, and the unified‑commerce platform, OmnifiCX, helps retailers and distributors improve inventory accuracy, accelerate fulfillment, streamline store operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who loves simplifying complexity, excels at product‑focused storytelling, and can translate operational challenges into clear product demonstrations and solution designs. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to support the entire sales cycle from discovery to demos to documentation, while ensuring prospects fully understand the value and impact of Kensium’s product ecosystem. You will become a subject‑matter expert across our POS, WMS, and OmnifiCX platforms, learning how they solve real‑world challenges across retail, distribution, and omnichannel commerce.

Discovery & Scoping:
  • Lead structured discovery calls/workshops to understand store operations, warehouse workflows, omnichannel use‑cases, fulfillment models, inventory processes, and pain points.
  • Map prospect requirements to capabilities within Kensium POS, Kensium WMS, and OmnifiCX, identifying configuration options, integrations, and gaps.
  • Translate findings into clear discovery summaries, requirement matrices, and scoping inputs (assumptions, risks, dependencies, and business goals).
  • Understand upstream/downstream systems such as ERP, ecommerce, and 3PL apps to ensure alignment with the end‑to‑end architecture.
Product‑Focused Solution Design:
  • Create high‑level solution outlines across POS workflows, warehouse processes, and unified commerce data flows (orders, inventory, fulfillment, returns).
  • Recommend best practices based on product capabilities, release roadmap, and accelerators.
  • Build narratives that connect product features to customer outcomes like inventory accuracy, pick/pack efficiency, omnichannel speed, store performance, and customer experience metrics.
  • Configure demo environments for POS, WMS, and OmnifiCX based on prospect industry (retail, distribution, hybrid B2B/B2C).
  • Deliver clear, engaging product demonstrations that speak to operational, IT, and executive audiences.
  • Support product trial environments or lightweight PoC setups when required.
  • Address questions around feature behavior, integration options, data flows, extensibility, mobile/handheld devices, offline behavior, and reporting.
Technical Documentation and Proposal Support:
  • Own product‑specific technical content in proposals, RFP responses, and SOWs.
  • Document workflows, integration points, and acceptance criteria aligned to product implementation standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure positioning, licensing details, and capabilities communicated to prospects are accurate and up‑to‑date
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Product Managers to stay updated on new releases, features, and roadmap items.
  • Coordinate with Delivery teams for feasibility checks, edge‑case discussions, and clean hand‑offs from pre‑sales to implementation.
  • Work with Marketing on product demo scripts, one‑pagers, competitive comparisons, and recorded walkthroughs.
  • Develop reusable demo flows, configuration templates, discovery frameworks, and proposal boilerplates.
  • Track market trends in POS, WMS, and omnichannel commerce to strengthen Kensium’s competitive positioning.
  • Use AI‑assisted tools to speed up diagramming, documentation, and PoC content creation.
