Job summary

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions i Ahmedabad söker en projektingenjör som ansvarar för att hantera kundförfrågningar, offerter, orderhantering och dispatch‑koordination för att säkerställa att kundorder når kunderna i tid och med hög kvalitet.

Qualifications

• Diplom/B.E./B.Tech i mekanik/produktion eller närliggande område; MBA föredras.
• 2–4 års erfarenhet av intern försäljning, orderhantering eller kundkoordination inom tillverkning.
• Kunskap om ERP-system och MS Office.
• Starka kommunikations-, samordnings- och organisationsfärdigheter.

Responsibilities

• Behandla kundförfrågningar, RFQ:er, offerter och försäljningsorder.
• Se till korrekt orderinmatning och uppföljning i ERP-system.
• Kommunicera orderstatus, leveransscheman och dispatch‑uppdateringar till kunder.
• Lösa kundfrågor genom samarbete med interna team.
• Koordinera med produktion, planering, lager och logistik för snabba leveranser.
• Se till korrekt försäljnings- och dispatchdokumentation.
• Spåra leveranser och stödja efterförsäljningsaktiviteter.
• Bibehålla starka kundrelationer och stödja återkommande affärer.

Job Summary

The Project Engineer is responsible for handling customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, and dispatch coordination to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and sales orders.
• Ensure accurate order entry and tracking in ERP systems.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and dispatch updates to customers.
• Resolve customer queries by coordinating with internal teams.
• Coordinate with production, planning, stores, and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper sales and dispatch documentation.
• Track shipments and support post-sales activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support repeat business.

Required Skills And Experience

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in internal sales, order management, or customer coordination in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial product sales support.
• Knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes.
• Familiarity with customer order and dispatch management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
