Job summary

Lafit Lighting Solution LLP in Mumbai is seeking a mid-level graphic designer who will translate master creatives into marketing collateral for in-store displays, packaging, and digital banners.

You will design for retail branding, internal communications, and occasional digital marketing assets, while collaborating with teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality visuals.

Qualifications

• Experience creating visual content from master creatives for marketing collateral.
• Design and produce retail branding collaterals, lighting displays, and product sheets.
• Develop internal communications visuals and announcements.
• Create digital marketing collateral when required.
• Proficient with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and deadline adherence.
• Demonstrates exceptional creativity and design skills.

Skills:

• Creating adaptations of the master creatives of the Marketing collaterals as provided by the agency
• Working on retail branding collaterals such as lighting displays, store brandings, technical data sheets, and other regular collaterals required
• Designing creatives for regular internal communication and announcements within the company
• Working on digital marketing collaterals as and when required
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Microsoft Suite)
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skill
