ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of Monthly Profitability statement
• Finalization of Accounts
• Co‑ordinating with Internal and Statutory Auditor
• Verifying GST, TDS, PF, ESIC returns and ensuring their timely filing
• Verifying GST working and reconciling GSTR 2A with books and GST returns
• Monitoring of Accounts & updating statutory records as per legal requirements
• Advance tax working and calculation
• Preparing working for Companies Act compliances like DPT 3, MSME Return, and maintaining statutory registers
• Understanding existing ERP functioning, processes, identifying loopholes, and suggesting improvements
• Periodical ledger scrutiny of accounts and review of general ledger accounts
• Any other work given by manager / management
