Job summary

Arcesium is seeking a Junior Analyst to join the Financial Operation group. The role involves post-trade activities across Trade Accounting, Middle Office, Treasury and Pricing, supporting the investment life cycle.

You will develop platform knowledge, handle daily reconciliations and margin management, and work with internal/external counterparts. Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills are essential; VBA and Python are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Hands-on experience with VBA macros and Python is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Arcesium platform and post-trade life cycle management.
• Be accountable for daily and monthly processes around trade and security management, reconciliations and margin management.
• Liaise with internal and external counterparts for issue resolution.
• Provide support to processes supporting the investment life cycle.
• Ensure activities are captured correctly and book adjustments when required.

We are looking for a Jr Analyst to join our Financial Operation group. This group is responsible for various post-trade activities and is an integral part of our global operations. If hired, you will one of the sub‑departments mentioned below

Trade Accounting and Operation

Fund accounting, position and cash reconciliation, resolution of trade and settlement issues, and provide business analysis to firm wide SIP initiatives.

Middle Office

Securities and Transaction Management, Asset Servicing and Corporate Action management across various asset classes, Reference, and Static data management.

Treasury

Manage liquidity, margin related movements, and optimize financing arrangements.

Pricing

Build valuation tools and provide valuation for the firm’s investments, reconcile, and analyze prince difference between Arcesium’s platform and Admin/Street

What You’ll Do

• Develop a thorough understanding of Arcesium platform, various asset classes and market standards supporting post trade life cycle management.
• Be accountable for your work output: Daily and monthly processes around trade and security management, reconciliations margin management.
• Liaise with multiple internal and external counterparts as required for issue resolution.
• Provide adequate support to various process supporting the investment life cycle.
• Ensure all activities are captured correctly and book appropriate adjustments wherever required.

What You’ll Need

• At a minimum a bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaboration zones.
• Good oral/written communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application especially MS Excel
• Hands on experience with VBA macros / Python will be a big plus.
