Job Responsibilities:
- Apply asset servicing lifecycle knowledge across corporate actions and income processing.
- Complete mandatory and voluntary corporate action payments processing received from agents or depositories with accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct supervisory checks and perform daily operations signoffs.
- Maintain business continuity and concentration plans that align with bank policy, including staff familiarity.
- Test continuity and concentration plans in line with defined requirements and evidence expectations.
- Serve as a focal point for issue planning and crisis review situations, supporting short time frame assessments.
- Own issues related to the asset services department and escalated to operational and risk leads in a timely manner.
- Reconcile cash and stock breaks received from the market and document actions taken.
- Highlight high-risk and high-value breaks daily and drive them to action and closure.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Demonstrate operational subject matter expertise across reconciliation, settlements, and trade support.
- Show 7+ years of experience in asset servicing, risk and control, and custody activities.
- Learn an ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processes.
- Prioritize workloads effectively and work to critical deadlines with strong risk and control awareness.
- Exhibit ownership and accountability for operational and project deliverables with a proven track record.
- Communicate confidently in all mediums with internal and external clients.
- Resolve exceptions and breaks through disciplined investigation, follow-up, and documentation.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Demonstrate experience performing supervisory reviews within an operations environment.
- Show experience supporting business continuity and concentration planning activities, including staff readiness and testing routines.
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
