The candidate will read technical drawings, measure accurately, and install cabinetry, doors, stairs, and partitions both in workshop and on-site, ensuring top-quality finishes while collaborating with site

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of joinery carpentry experience; 5 years preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specs.
• Strong hands-on skills in workshop and on-site joinery installations.
• Proficient in using measuring tools and general woodworking machinery.

Job Title – Joinery Carpenter & Installer

Salary: 1,460.12 Euros - 1,828.61 Euros/1.62 - 2.03 lakh INR Gross per Month

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Joinery Carpenter & Installer to join our team and work on a variety of bespoke and commercial fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, finishing, and installation of high-quality joinery products. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Accurately measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood and wood-based materials.
• Fabricate and install cabinetry, doors, staircases, partitions, skirting, cladding, and other joinery products.
• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely.
• Carry out on-site installation of fitted furniture and bespoke joinery.
• Ensure all installations meet required quality and finishing standards.
• Work closely with site supervisors, designers, and other trades.
• Follow company health and safety procedures and relevant workplace regulations.
• Carry out adjustments, repairs, finishing, and corrective work when required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience asa Joinery Carpenter and Installer; a minimum of 5 years experience ispreferred.
• Strong practicalskills in both workshop joinery and on-site installation.
• Ability to read andunderstand technical drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge ofmeasuring tools and accurate measurement techniques.
• Competent in usingwoodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools.
• Good understandingof different joinery materials and construction methods.
• Strong attention todetail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
• Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving and practical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade qualificationor vocational training in carpentry/joinery is preferred.
