Qualifications

• Prior experience in preparing legal reports for Banks/NBFCs will be preferred.
• Strong legal drafting, document scrutiny, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Due Diligence Reports (DDR) for immovable properties.
• Preparation of Title Search Reports / Title Investigation Reports for Banks and NBFCs.
• Detailed verification of title, ownership, and chain of property documents.
• Scrutiny and vetting of property documents, including Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Gift Deeds, Partition Deeds, Patta/Allotment documents, and other title documents.
• Verification of revenue records, mutation records, and other relevant property records.
• Identification of encumbrances, title defects, discrepancies, and legal risks relating to properties.
• Examination of mortgage/security-related documents for banking and lending transactions.
• Drafting legal opinions and reports relating to property title and due diligence.
• Coordination with Banks, NBFCs, clients, and concerned authorities, wherever required.
• Handling other legal and documentation work connected with property due diligence.
