Job Objective

To connect with Naukri top clients for job acquisition & other value added services offered by us. Apart from acquisition, you have to connect with clients on regular basis for feedback to make their experience better.

Job Description – Responsibilities

• Should be able to make outbound calls (approx. 80-100).
• Achieve monthly targets by new client acquisition and ensure growth from existing clients as well.
• Need to resolve client queries, escalations & provide relevant solution timely.
• Coordinate with internal departments / teams to resolve the client requirement.
• Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics.

Requirements and Skills

• Prior experience in making outbound calls/ client servicing.
• Competitive and result driven attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Exposure in MS Office would be given preference.
