Weekday AI is seeking a Jewellery Style Consultant in Delhi/Noida/Bengaluru to deliver a luxury styling experience. You will guide clients, curate looks, and showcase gemstone meanings and craftsmanship while upholding brand elegance.

You will build lasting relationships, strive to meet sales targets, and maintain extensive knowledge of product lines and customization options. The role requires polished presentation and discretion with high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion/jewellery styling.
• Graduate in Fashion Design or Jewellery Design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert styling advice tailored to each client’s preferences, lifestyle, and occasion.
• Curate looks and recommend products reflecting client personality and brand elegance.
• Offer insights on gemstone meanings, craftsmanship, and trends in luxury jewellery.
• Build strong client relationships through attentive service and follow-ups.
• Achieve sales targets through client engagement and upselling.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, stones, and customization options.
• Communicate product value covering material, design, and exclusivity.
• Ensure displays are elegant and aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Maintain product hygiene and presentation to luxury standards.
• Record customer preferences and purchase history to personalize future interactions.
• Engage with clients through calls, messages, and exclusive previews/events.
• Collaborate with retail staff and management to ensure seamless service.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Styling & Experience
  • Provide expert styling advice tailored to each customer’s preferences, lifestyle, and occasion.
  • Curate looks and recommend products that reflect the client's personality and the brand’s elegance.
  • Offer insights on gemstone meanings, craftsmanship, and latest trends in luxury jewellery.
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-ups.
• Sales & Product Knowledge
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement and upselling.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product lines, collections, precious stones, and customisation options.
  • Communicate product value with confidence — covering material, design, and exclusivity.
• Visual Merchandising & Presentation
  • Ensure displays are elegant, well-stocked, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Maintain product hygiene and presentation to luxury standards.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Record customer preferences, occasions, and purchase history to personalize future interactions.
  • Engage with clients through calls, messages, and exclusive previews/events.
• Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Retail sales officers, karigars, and management to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in luxury retail or high-end fashion/jewellery styling.
• Education: Graduate in Fashion Design, Jewellery Design, or related field preferred.
• Skills:
