Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior JD Edwards SD consultant to support Pan India operations. The role requires 7-15 years of experience in JD Edwards SD and hands-on work across O2C, inventory, and pricing modules.

You will translate business requirements into effective JD Edwards SD solutions, configure modules, and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and deployments across multiple plants and regions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into JD Edwards S&D solutions.
• Configure and support Sales Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Advanced Pricing modules.
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order entry, fulfillment, shipment and invoicing.
• Perform system configuration, including UDCs, AAIs, OAR, and Branch/Plant setup.
• Collaborate with CNC/Developers for integrations and development work.

Job Requirements*

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into JDE solutions
• Configure and support:
• Inventory Management
• Procurement (Purchase Orders)
• Advanced Pricing
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
• Perform: System setup and configuration
• Gap analysis and solution design
• Functional documentation (FS, BRD)
• Support: Data migration and system testing (UAT/SIT)
• Go-live and post-production support
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations

Key Responsibilities*

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into JD Edwards S&D solutions
• Configure and support Sales Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Advanced Pricing modules
• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order entry, fulfillment, shipment, and invoicing
• Perform system configuration, including UDCs, AAIs, Order Activity Rules (OAR), and Branch/Plant setup
• Conduct gap analysis and propose effective functional solutions aligned with business needs
• Prepare functional specification documents (FS) for customizations and enhancements
• Coordinate with technical teams (CNC/Developers) for integrations and development work.
