Job summary

AlgoLeap Technologies Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced JDE Finance Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, configure financial applications, and support implementations within the JD Edwards environment.

The role covers GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expense Management and Financial Reporting, with responsibilities spanning design workshops, specifications, testing, training, and data migration support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Finance modules.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Experience in full-cycle JDE implementations and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting business processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for finance processes.
• Configure and support JDE Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expense Management, Financial Reporting.
• Lead functional design workshops and solution discussions with stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications for customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
• Provide end-user training and create business process documentation.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and financial controls.

• Experience with JDE upgrades and integrations.
  
• Exposure to multinational finance operations and shared services environments.
