Job summary

A leading telecom company in Mumbai is seeking candidates for a Customer Service role. Responsibilities include onboarding and training technicians, managing customer interactions, and ensuring service satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 1.5 to 4 years of experience and an ITI/Diploma in relevant fields. Strong customer focus and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Shortlist, onboard and certify Partner/Technician.
  • Ensure availability and manage upgrades or terminations.
  • Conduct initial training, reskilling, and periodic refresher programs.
  • Deliver hands-on field training through OJTs.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics of partners and technicians.
  • Take corrective actions based on evaluation outcomes.
  • Guide and support issue resolution within TAT.
  • Conduct audits and device inspections.
  • Handle walk-in customer interactions, device repairs, and software upgrades.
  • Train and support extended service points.
  • Handle complaint management and coaching as needed.
