Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, SAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
