Job description

Turing is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to build modern solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows.

This is a remote, flexible consulting role with up to $100/hr compensation — a unique opportunity to apply your engineering expertise to frontier AI challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain high-quality JS/TS services and UIs for AI training and evaluation.
• Design and run evaluation pipelines, documenting rationales and improvements.
• Collaborate on SFT/RLHF dataset creation and process refinement.
• Conduct code reviews and raise quality standards across the stack.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced JS/TS (ES6+) skills; strong with Node.js/Nest.js and at least one frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue).
• Proven ability in web app architecture, testing discipline, and code readability.
• Familiarity with scalable, modular full-stack development.
• BS/MS in CS/Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong problem‑solving ability and clear English communication for async collaboration.
