Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a skilled platform engineer to advance our Spring Boot microservices architecture. You will contribute to cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and robust DevOps tooling, while leveraging YAML configurations and authentication strategies such as OAuth.

The role invites ownership of POC work and active troubleshooting to maintain reliable delivery systems. The candidate should be comfortable with DDD/BDD/TDD approaches and proactive monitoring/alerting to ensure system health.

Qualifications

• Experience with Spring Boot microservices and distributed systems.
• Proficient in Unix shell scripting and DevOps tooling.
• Deployment experience in cloud environments (prefer PCF).
• Strong knowledge of YAML configuration and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with DDD, BDD, and TDD testing approaches.
• Understanding OAuth token-based authentication mechanisms.

Job description

• Strong development knowledge in Spring Boot Microservices architecture.
• Good experience Unix shell scripting & DevOps Tooling.
• Deployment experience in any Cloud environment (preferably PCF)
• Strong scripting & YAML configuration knowledge.
• Enhance delivery systems with Continuous Integration.
• Provide technical guidance in planning and executing assigned projects.
• Experience in DDD, BDD, TDD.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OAuth token-based authentication protocol.
• Improve the monitoring and alert system
• Troubleshoot issues and solve problems where needed
• Understanding of microservice design and architectural patterns
• Willingness to own and resolve problems, POC work and other activity.
• Ability to do the pipeline setup & Integrations with other applications and infrastructure.
