Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru seeks a software engineer to design and implement data processing solutions using Java and Python, with a focus on reliable data integration.

You will work with ETL/ELT tools, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, while building CI/CD pipelines with Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes. Agile/Scrum practices and thorough testing ensure quality release notes and documentation for QA teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java and Python is essential.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS or GCP.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Gradle, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Nice to have knowledge of Redis, NGINX, PDF tooling is a plus.
• Experience in unit and integration testing.
• Familiar with Agile development and Scrum.

• Must have experience working in Java, Python, Apache Nifi/Flink and Iceberg technologies.
• Proficient in Java & Python.
• Proficient in ETL & ELT Tools.
• Knowledge in developing database applications with PostgresSQL, MongoDB
• Experience working in cloud based technologies AWS, GCP
• Experience in building CICD Pipelines, Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes
• Good to have knowledge on Redis, NGIX, PDF JS, PDF Tron, PDF Box
• Performing unit and integration testing
• Communicating changes to documentation and QA teams
• Experience in Agile development methodology and Scrum
